Refund policy

This English translation is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your print to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

To exercise it, inform us of your decision before the end of this period by a clear statement sent to mrdeclenche@gmail.com, for example using the model form below (its use is not mandatory).

Returning the print

You must send the print back no later than 14 days after informing us of your decision, to the following address: MrDéclenche., 15 rue du Docteur Ducher, 63200 Riom, France. Return costs are at your expense. The print must be returned in good condition and well protected (flat or rolled in a tube, as received). You may be held liable for any decrease in the value of the print resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics.

Refund

We will refund all sums paid, including the initial delivery costs (based on the standard delivery method), no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the print or until you have supplied proof of having sent it back, whichever is earlier. The refund is made using the same means of payment as the one used for the order.

Damaged or defective print

If your print arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, at mrdeclenche@gmail.com with supporting photos. You will be offered a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you. This does not affect your legal guarantees: the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
